大型のモニタに陣取る発表を見る参加者たち
RSNA 2011のScientific Presentation（Paper，Poster）とEducation Exhibitの応募演題数は1万2334題となった。これは昨年のRSNA2010における1万552題を上回る数字。
内訳を見ると，Scientific Presentationが7188題，Education Exhibitが5146題となっている。さらに，領域別に見ると，Scientific Presentationでは，Gastrointestinalが900題で，Neuroradiology/Head and Neckが続く。Education Exhibitも同様にGastrointestinal（799題），Neuroradiology（767題）の順になっている。
最終的に採択されたのは，Scientific Paperが1831題，Scientific Posterが1188題，Education Exhibitが2124題である。 なお，RSNA 2012の演題応募の締め切りは2012年3月31日となっている。
